Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong computer skills, flexibility in a dynamic environment, and high energy to join our team. Responsibilities for this part-time position include:

  • Developing travel itineraries and making travel arrangements; working with travel agent

  • Updating company contacts

  • Organizing and updating reference material

  • Processing email tasks

  • Filing, organization of office reference documents

  • Executive support

  • Supporting others on team with tasks or projects

  • Organizing small projects or events

  • Running errands, maintaining office supplies

  • Processing paperwork for expenses

  • Miscellaneous administrative follow-up tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years support experience in professional office setting

  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office software applications (e.g. Word & Excel)

  • Exceptional resourcefulness and interpersonal skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Individual initiative and ability to work well in team environment

  • Ability to excel in a fast paced environment and adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities

  • Strong grammar and proofreading skills a plus

  • Graphic design and/or PowerPoint skills a plus

  • Education: Bachelor degree preferred

Location:  Grass Valley, California

Commitment:  Initially, this is a part time position but could lead to full time.
