Position: Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong computer skills, flexibility in a dynamic environment,
and high energy to join our team. Responsibilities for this part-time position include:
Developing travel itineraries and making travel arrangements; working with travel agent
Updating company contacts
Organizing and updating reference material
Processing email tasks
Filing, organization of office reference documents
Executive support
Supporting others on team with tasks or projects
Organizing small projects or events
Running errands, maintaining office supplies
Processing paperwork for expenses
Miscellaneous administrative follow-up tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years support experience in professional office setting
Strong skills with Microsoft Office software applications (e.g. Word & Excel)
Exceptional resourcefulness and interpersonal skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Individual initiative and ability to work well in team environment
Ability to excel in a fast paced environment and adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities
Strong grammar and proofreading skills a plus
Graphic design and/or PowerPoint skills a plus
Education: Bachelor degree preferred
Location: Grass Valley, California
Commitment: Initially, this is a part time position but could lead to full time.
